Overview

ACTIVE is a Web3 service that rewards activity actions When a user wears or uses NFTs: sneakers, soccer balls, basketballs, tennis racquets, or golf clubs to actively engage in an exercise the corresponding NFT, $CARBON can be accumulated. $CARBON can be used to craft a new NFT or upgrade an existing NFT.

Users can rent or trade NFT items through the in-app marketplace. Users’ $CARBON accumulated through an in-app wallet which has a built-in swap function. ACTIVE has dual token systems, Utility Token ($CARBON) and Governance Token ($ACTIV). $CARBON is used for various in-app activities such as crafting new NFTs, leveling up NFTs, and upgrading gems. The Governance Token ($ACTIV) will be used to exercise fund management of ACTIVE’s treasury, and ACTIVE ecosystem decision-making process. ACTIVE will continue to add new use cases for $CARBON and $ACTIV as the ecosystem grows and expands.

ACTIVE envisions improving the quality of health for people around the world while trying to reduce carbon emissions by incentivizing users to engage in outdoor activities. By actively participating in the reduction of carbon emissions, ACTIVE will enter and commit to the Emission Trading System set by Kyoto Protocol and hope to be more than a fitness app, but a service to help fight climate change.
